Yes — oil heat is our specialty. We handle oil furnace repair, oil boiler repair, burner service, oil tank work and annual oil heating maintenance in Sellersville and throughout Bucks County. A lot of HVAC companies no longer work on oil systems. We're proud to still specialize in them.
We service oil systems from tank to thermostat: furnace and boiler repair, annual cleanings and tune-ups, burner and nozzle service, pump service, oil tank inspection and replacement, indirect water heaters, and complete system replacement.
Yes. We service, clean, repair and replace both, along with burners, controls, tanks and indirect water heaters. Oil has been one of our specialties since we started serving Bucks County homeowners in 2012.
Once a year. Regular maintenance keeps the system clean, safe and efficient, and it catches small problems before they turn into a no-heat call in January.
Cleaning and inspecting the system, the nozzle, filter, strainer and electrodes, plus combustion and safety testing. It's also when we spot worn components before they fail on a cold night.
Yes, when a system can no longer be repaired safely or economically. We believe in repair before replacement, so we diagnose what you have first and only recommend a new system when it genuinely makes sense.
Soot, smoke or unusual oil odors can point to a combustion, burner, venting or fuel-system problem, and it should be looked at by someone who knows oil equipment. If you smell oil or the system isn't running normally, shut it down if it's safe to do so and call us.
No. We install and service above-ground tanks only — both Roth double-wall and standard steel. We're Roth certified.
Yes. We provide emergency service for heating and cooling failures — no-heat calls, oil furnace and boiler breakdowns, and AC that quits in a heat wave. If your system goes down at night, on a weekend or on a holiday, call us and we'll tell you honestly how fast we can get to you.
Call right away if you have no heat, you smell oil in the house, you see a leak around your oil tank or heating equipment, or your burner keeps locking out. We handle emergency heating repair for oil, gas, electric and heat pump systems throughout our service area.
Check the thermostat, make sure the system has power, and make sure you actually have oil in the tank. If the burner is locked out or it still won't start, call us. Try not to keep pressing the reset button — repeatedly resetting a burner without diagnosing the problem can make things worse.
Yes. Alongside our oil work we're a full-service HVAC company: central AC repair and installation, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, high velocity systems, gas and electric heating, water heaters and ductwork.
We repair and maintain just about every major brand of boiler, burner, furnace, air conditioner, heat pump and water heater. The lines we install are Trane, Fujitsu, Goodman, Coleman, Burnham, New Yorker, A.O. Smith and Spirit.
We're a registered Pennsylvania Home Improvement Contractor (PA HIC #PA086324), EPA Section 608 Universal certified for refrigerant work, Gastite certified for flexible gas piping, Roth certified for oil tank installation, and an authorized Trane dealer.
Our service call is $130, and it's the same rate around the clock — there's no after-hours surcharge. During normal business hours it covers the trip out plus the first 30 minutes of diagnosis or repair. After hours, on weekends and on holidays it covers the trip, and working time starts from there. Either way, any additional time is quoted and approved before we keep going.
$249 for oil, $199 for gas, and $159 for air conditioning or a heat pump, per system per season.
Yes. New system replacements are always a free in-home estimate. We'll first work out whether your existing furnace, boiler, AC or heat pump can reasonably be repaired, and only recommend replacement when it's genuinely the better option.
Yes. When a replacement or a major upgrade is truly necessary, a sudden expense shouldn't have to disrupt your home's comfort or your budget. We offer flexible financing designed to fit your situation — whether you're replacing a furnace, moving to a mini-split system or putting in new ductwork — with a straightforward application so you can get the system you need now and pay in comfortable monthly amounts.
